Tory Smith, President and Owner of TSmith LLC Contracting has a very diverse background that has allowed him to experience all phases of the building process. He was a real estate agent. Smith worked as a Production Manager for Parker Lancaster for many years. Tory was one of 5 commercial supervisors in charge of design and construction. In 1994 he went out on his own and started Raleigh Homes, Inc. He uses his diverse experience at TSmith Contracting to provide his clients with a good value for their commercial and residential real estate dollars. His motto is If “You Need It We Will Build It.” Tory’s aim is to build a quality commercial or residential project at a price that you or your company can afford.
