These houses were completely restored. As you can see only the shell of the house was intact. The interior and exterior of the houses were completely rebuilt. This included: design, planning, submit permit, clearing, survey layout, utilities and road layout, survey to lay out lots, submit house permits, survey for house footing, dig and pour footers, survey to install brick points, mason installs foundation, waterproof and backfill foundation, frame, plumbing and trades, siding and roof etc.
